I chose to write about how compostable plastic works, when I wrote it I had to highlight anything in purple that was specific  vocabulary to my topic, anything in yellow is my subtitles and blue text is the detail in my paragraph.

Crazy Community

 Hi bloggers, welcome back to my blog! This week for reading we learnt about community's and discussed questions and texts. We got to pick our task out of: Creating an event for your community, Creating a word brick or Your own ‘Be’ poem. I chose to create an event for my community. My community is the wet lands  area so I wrote about a competition where we plant as many plants we can to a high level and the winner with most trees planted in the shortest amount of time wins a wheelbarrow. Hi bloggers welcome back to my blog! This week for writing we learnt about instructions which kind of leads on from our reading task this week. We had to write our own instructional text about whatever we wanted and it had to include either a video or an audio, I chose to make an audio about how to draw a dog because it wouldn't let my insert my video onto my slides . It had to be less that 150 words and less that 8 steps. I had about 100 words and 5 steps. Here is my stop motion and my slide:

Crazy Common Multiples?

 Hi Bloggers welcome back to my blog! This week for maths I've been learning about factors of numbers to 100 and common multiples of numbers to 10. For our first task we had answer some questions that has to do with our learning. Here is that task:

My Soothing Spring Writing

 Hi bloggers welcome back to my blog! This week for writing we had to create a poem, first we looked at different types of poems and examples. We had to chose what type of poem and what we would write about, the options for the structure of the poems were: A riddle poem, haiku, rhymed or shaped. I chose a haiku, I also chose to write about spring (the month I was born in.) The structure for a haiku is 5 syllables, then 7  and 5 again.  After that we chose if we wanted to present our work in a video, Canva, Google Drawing, sketchpad. I did a video and audio, but I couldn't embed the video so here is a picture. Here is my work:
