Recycling in Taiwan

Reading goal Identify at least one important idea and justify why it is important.Recycling in Taiwan.Important idea for this article is to: help even before this was a problem.Because it was a major problem.They used to be called garbage city but now it has all changed they have been recycling. 

Why it is important:Because Taiwan was on of the worst plastic place in the world but since then it has changed.They have been recycling non stop.They have been getting garbage trucks that go around the city.The government have been telling the people of Taiwan.Taiwan RecyclingWe have been learning about climate change and we designed a poster that we would take strike,Here is my image:

Get ready to play WINTER SPORTS brrrrr 😁

Today is Thursday my first time playing Netball and doing winter sports I can not wait.Winter sports has lots of sports and you get to pick which one you would like but if you don't get into the A B or  C team you pick your second sport,These are the sports Netball,Rugby,Hockey and Soccer my first choice was  Netball I am in the B team for Netball 

My team name is the killer bees,my Second choice was Soccer.My team mates are Ariella,Caoimhe,Santara,Elsha,Sophie,Megan and Cory.

We finished it,it was the best thing ever we won 8 to 6 it was freezing though it was fun.Best first Netball game ever.We played st Annes they were the best at defence.Are amazing Coach was Miss parker.

On Thursday we did Cross Country,It was terrific but horrifying especially for Tumu,we were the last to run.I sat and watched my brother Guy do his race he is a year 8 he came 11th I was proud of him.When it was Year 5 s  my heart was pumping really fast,

But half way in the race I was in a bit of trouble I couldn't really catch my breath and I couldn't run but at lest I finished the race I came last place but that doesn't matter all that really is me finishing the race.My friends were proud of me.

This term we have been writing our S.U.W which means silent undisturbed writing here is a sniped of  my S.U.W

No and i don’t get it all what i did was a silly little prank come on piper Shouted Ariella ,ah muttered piper,come on,don’t listen to  her piper whispered Caoimhe,COME ON!!!!!!!!! Screamed Ariella,no said piper you don’t tell me what to do i won’t be overshadowed by little miss perfect and actually you stole a boy that is a friend not a boy friend but a  boy that is a friend now stop telling me what to do now get out,fine then you weren't my friend any way,(slam) (wimp wimp wimp)are you OK piper muttered Caoimhe,(sniff sniff ) ya all good but i have been pushed around by her since i knew her.Wow i can’t believe that i didn’t notice that,it will be fine at least you have friends,wait friends that’s it I can show her all the things she and I have done together,okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk lets go with that then,COOL LETS START unless you don’t want to i-ill do it said Caoimhe,cool and i didn’t want to sound bossy,No it’s fine

Touch rugby in action with kindness

This term our Project Based Learning (P.B.L) has been about kindness and the big question was: How can we build community through our actions?

First, we explored some collaborative activities and discussed how we could include kindness and build a sense of community through our actions at camp. Next, we were organised into groups where we had to unpack the above question. In our groups we considered how we could spread community and kindness through our entire school community. We decided that we would offer something that was free and would make others happy.

We created an action plan and let the year 3 and 4 out to play some fun touch rugby.

Reflection:

For our final product our group touch rugby for the year 3 and 4.

How did our action build a sense of community in the school we try to make make people happy by taking some time of hard work.

I contributed by helping them feel happy by taking  a break and by some doing sport.

I think the P.B.L might impact on others by having fun with learning some new P.B.L each term.
